Salon Assist
is a
computerised Salon appointment tracking system.
Version 2.01.00 is now available for download from this site.

Version 2.01.00 of Salon Assist provides the following
functionality:-

about the business - Address, Phone No, Opening hours etc.

members working within the business including personal details
and working hours.

offered by the business

making use of the services offered

different rooms within the business - salon, tanning room,
beauty therapy room etc.

referencing of all staff, services and rooms - you can specify
which staff members are qualified in which services, which
services are carried out in what room etc.

appointments at various levels - All staff or select a room.

The ability to
create, amend and delete appointments.

The ability to
mark appointments as complete once services have been supplied.

record staff holidays

The ability to
record staff sickness

Display of
client history showing past appointments, services purchased and
staff members providing the services.

Colour coding
of Services to easily identify them on the appointment grid.

future or past appointments using the monthly calendars supplied

Member etc.
Version
2.01.00 of Salon Assist is available for download as a 30 day time
limited trial. During this time you may use all the functionality
of the software in order to evaluate it. At the end of the 30 day
trial period the software will become inoperable. You may
purchase the software at any time during the trial period to
ensure continuity of use.

Salon Assist Version 2.01.00 is £150.00 + VAT.

Version 3.01.00 is now quite well advanced and will include
two optional modules - a cashbook and a simple stock module.
The Cashbook module will provide checkout facilities with the
ability to record payments, together with reporting facilities at
a summary or detail level. VAT reporting at summary and detail
levels will also be provided.
The Stock module will allow off the shelf stock items to be
defined and sold, together with stock ordering, stock receipts,
sales and usage analysis and stock variance reports.
Both these modules will be optional and charged separately at
around £50 each and should be available as an upgrade to the
system within the next two months.
